What to do when you are offline?
You can rest your employees and close your restaurant when you're offline. To prevent customers from coming in, simply just bar your restaurant door with any object like a chair or a table or a plant or just remove the door and store it into your inventory. But if you are yearning to get coins faster, pump up your employees with full energy and leave them to work while you're offline. You'll get maxi up to $2,000 for leaving it the whole night. Eventhough you still need to restore your employees energy by feeding them maybe sandwich for recovery, you will still earn a few hundreds from $2,000.
But remember, leaving your employees to work while you're offline doesn't help you in gaining GP. Your popularity won't drop either eventhough when you are back with your staffs all exhausted. GP and popularity will only be changing when you are on your restaurant window.
So, either ways, it doesn't really make that much different but money and your restaurant reputation counts if you leave your restaurant running all the time~(^-^)
