Popularity
You can see your restaurant popularity on top right of your screen. Remember, the higher popularity points you get, you gain coins and GP faster. Popularity goes up to maxi 50.0. At earlier levels, it may be hard to get 50.0 popularity, but once you are in a higher level, you shall be aiming to get 50.0. If you don't, it might be your restaurant layout problem being not sufficient or maybe you have more waiters than cooks? (^^;
