How to get perfect arrangement for EXTERIOR
Now, you must have gone through some frustration when your exterior arrangement kept running out of order in Restaurant City. 
For example,
I want a 
lamp post to be at the front but it kept hiding behind something else.
I want those 
BIG treesto be at the back, but it kept coming to the front and cover up all my other decorations.
I just can't settle down the 
flowerbed nicely...
So, here's the SOLUTION 
Before starting, we've to bear one thing in mind that we're going to arrange and decorate everything in layers.
Take one of my complete design as an example.
First of all,
Group all items farthest back as Layer 1.
Group items directly in front of Layer 1 as Layer 2.
Group items directly in front of Layer 2 as Layer 3.
Group items directly in front of Layer 3 as Layer 4.
Group items directly in front of Layer 4 as Layer 5.
Okay, now just bear in mind and remember the arrangement that you wish to have in LAYERS.
First, start with doors and windows.
Doors or windows are always at the back no matter when you arrange it, so just take it easy here.
Save and reload.
Put in Layer 1 which you've in mind that they're gonna be the farthest back.
Save and reload.
Put in Layer 2 on top of Layer 1.
Save and reload.
Put in Layer 3...
After reloading, you might noticed that the layering arrangement is not right
already at this point. Layer 2 has gone to the back of Layer 1. But, don't worry and keep going 
Save and reload.
Put in Layer 4...
Layer 2 is now fixed but Layer 3 (Flowerbed, windmill blade, trees...) is out hiding farthest back behind. Ignore and keep going.
Save and reload.
Put in Layer 5...
Same thing, Layer 3 is now fixed and with Layer 4 fall back hiding behind. You should have realized by now on how the layers arrange themselves every time you've reload the game.
Save and reload.
So now we have come to the last layer and the last layer usually always fall back farthest behind.
Save and reload again without doing anythingWhich means, you should have double saving and reload at .
See 
Done perfectly 
You can add in anything else that you wish as long as they do not clash with other objects.
I forgot my 3rd ghost. So, I'm going to add in my 3rd ghost to the right corner above. 
Remember Do not bring back any items to inventory which you've placed out in order to get the perfect result
And now we are done perfectly with the correct arrangement as you wished.

All you have to do is post something on the fan wall titled "My Playfish Halloween". It can be a video, or a comic, or a song... anything you like. Maybe you'd like to make a Halloween costume and show us a photograph, or perhaps you want to compose a song all about your Playfish Halloween? Perhaps you'd like to hold a Playfish themed party either in Pet Society, Restaurant City, Country Story or Crazy Planet or even in real life and you want to show us what you have planned? Our three favourite entries will win some mind blowing Playfish prizes!
First up you need to become a fan of Playfish -- this allows you to post the fans to the Playfish fanpage. Just click the 'Become A Fan' button at the top of the Playfish fanpage like so:
If you've made a video, all you have to do is click the 'Video' button below and follow the instructions to upload it. If you've made an image you need to click the 'Image' button below then post the image to the wall by writing a new post on the wall with the message "My Playfish Halloween" and click the 'Photo' button to attach your photo to the post like this:
Then just click the 'Share' button to post your entry to the wall!
Our 10 favorites will be each be catapulted to stardom and win a goody bag of Playfish merchandise and a whole stack of Playfish Cash! 1st place will be awarded with 1000 PFC, 2nd place 500 PFC, 3rd place 250 PFC and 4th to 10th place 100 PFC.
